I enjoy helping women! Throughout my personal and professional experience I have been astounded by the number of wonderful, successful, and intelligent women that still struggle in their personal lives with their intimate relationships. As I get to know these women as their therapist I find that while they might have things together “on the outside” they express to me a feeling of not having it all together inside. Often these women have grown up watching their parents and friends get divorced and they sometimes shy away from their own relationships because of these experiences. Some of these women have survived various types of trauma, or have been so stressed out by achieving and over-achieving in their professional life that they have left little time for personal growth. As I learned more about these women, I found that the struggles in their romantic relationships were only a small piece of the puzzle. I think my job is to help my clients uncover root issues to help them find out what they want and deserve in an intimate relationship. I enjoy supporting my clients as they manifest healing for themselves and in other significant relationships. If this sounds like you or if you are interested in doing this type of work, please contact me for more information about how psychotherapy might be of help to you.
